How to make vegetable dalia - Indian Porridge recipe



When it comes to weight loss, some people seems to be very impatient and he or she would attempts to do so, if that person really wants to loss the weight fast. it would not matter what the potential consequences are. The change in the bad eating habits to a unhealthy eating habit of full or the partial self-starvation is the biggest mistake made by people when using the quick weight loss method they found. This is definitely not the safe and healthy method. Several built-in defense mechanisms are there in human body which are designed to protect its vital organs when it senses that it's losing the weight too fast.


There are many fast diets like low carbohydrate diets, Alternate Day diets and up day down day diets which can make you loose weight very fast but they are temporary.Once you stop following these diets you will regain all the weight back and additional pounds will pile on as well.


Dalia Loaded with lots of vegetables in one of the healthiest and yummiest one pot meal that you can have for loosing that extra flab and extra pounds.Dalia is basically made from broken wheat and it is very low in fat and carbohydrates, On the other hand it is a rich source of iron and Fibre.If you want to loose weight you can skip chapati and have it for any of the meals- breakfast, lunch or diner.
It is amazing one pot meal.Some people do not like dalia, but if you will make it my way, you gona love it.





 INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE DALIA


1Onion - Sliced
1 Carrot - Sliced
2  Tablespoon Peas
1 Chopped Tomato 
Salt to taste
1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masla
1/4 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Oil


 



     HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE DALIA  


Add Half teaspoon Oil 




Add Cumin seeds



Add Thinely sliced  Onions , Carrots and Peas..Cook for 2 minutes, then add the chopped tomato





Add Salt to taste




Add Garam Masala





Add Red Chili Powder



Add Roasted Dalia (1 Kharchi)




 Add  Water




 Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles...
Healthy and filling meal is ready.
