Vegetable Soup For Weight Loss


 


If you want to lose a fair amount of weight then a sound diet plan is necessary. One can get more pleasure from the activity by incorporate walking into some other interest or hobby. It is a great time to catch-up and have a really good uninterrupted conversation and one will be able to motivate each other. Having a dog is a good idea, so that one always have a reason to go for a walk, as dog never says no to a walk and adds another element of fun to walk. If your life-style means you cannot have a dog of your own, volunteer to walk your neighbor's dog. One can enhance as interest in photography or painting while walking. Camera has been kept by me and great wildlife photos can be captured by me. Daily hour long walk is the biggest component of my weight loss. It's hard to admit that one is too lazy to just put one foot in front of other for 30 minutes or an hour. It is easy to write off that one had a hard day if he lift weights. In long run to lose weight one need aerobic exercise.


All the body parts are included in brisk walking, i.e why it is considered as the best workout. Enough metabolisms get generated in body to burn those extra calories. After this cardio workout one will get completely revitalized. Extra pounds from waistline can be cut off by walking on daily basis that can provide perfect shape to your physique thereby looking much attractive than it was before. To engage in interval training is the great way to build your endurance, in which one increase his speed or incline for few minutes and then drop back down to slower pace; many time in a workout is cycling through these intervals. Many treadmills have programs built right in that allow you to do these intervals with varying levels of intensity.






Along with walking, incorporate the habit of healthy and clean eating.Eating plays a 60 percent role in losing weight so you should eat clean and healthy and reduce portion size if losing weight is your aim.Lets star with a vegetable soup that will accelerate your weight loss if taken for dinner


Vegetable Soup Recipe







INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon Light/diet Butter
1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1/2 Cup chopped Mushrooms
1/2 Cup grated cabbage
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
1 Tablespoon Chopped Capsicum 
1 Tablespoon Sweet Corn
Salt to taste
Black pepper Powder to taste


 How To Make Weight Loss Vegetable Soup


Add 1 teaspoon Light/diet Butter

 


Add 1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic

 



Add the chopped Mushrooms








Add the chopped capsicums.You can add yellow and red pepper as well.


 


Add grated cabbage


 


Add grated Carrot
  


Add Sweet corn 

 


 
 



Add Salt to taste

 


Add Black pepper Powder and cook for 2 minutes.


 


Now add 4 cups water.Cook on high till 1 boil. When it starts boiling, cook on sim for  more minutes and your tummy and healthy soup is ready which I m sure you will love..
